Each explorer we collaborate with is trained to recognize the subtle differences between flowers and to precisely extract this precious nectar. Their skills, honed through years of rigorous practice, allow them to select only the honeys that capture the pure essence of nature. They taste, smell, and feel before deciding whether a honey will become part of their collection. Each jar of honey faithfully reflects the terroir from which it originates.

When our explorers discover a new honey, they bring back samples for meticulous laboratory analysis. As a guarantee of transparency and quality, Maison Galimond publishes these analyses. Our honeys, exclusively monofloral, primarily come from a single plant species that the bees have foraged, such as Orange Blossom or Almond honey, ensuring distinct and authentic flavors.
